Shad Connelly currently oversees all editorial responsibilities for Invention and Technology News. Connelly has worked with InventHelp since 2005 in various capacities, ranging from technical writing to publicity to web content development. Prior to that, he received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (with an English major/journalism minor) and a master’s degree in professional writing from Carnegie Mellon University.

Brian Reinhardt

Brian Reinhardt has been employed by InventHelp since 2004. In addition to his Internet marketing duties, Brian is a regular contributor to Invention and Technology News, where he covers - you guessed it - Internet and new media. Prior to joining the InventHelp team, he received a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Princeton University.

Nicole Hait
Staff Writer

A regular contributor to Invention and Technology News, Nicole Hait currently serves as the Director of INPEX - America’s Largest Invention Trade Show. With a background in broadcasting and communications, Hait also functions as a media resource for information on inventors, inventions and trade shows. She has appeared on programs such as "The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch" and "The Jay Thomas Show", and she writes a blog about new products and technology for InventHelp.

Amanda Melodini
Contributing Writer

A freelance writer and editor, Amanda Melodini is the author of the "Invent Help" Inventor Newsletter and a regular contributor to the InventHelp Web site. She has been working with InventHelp since 2003 on various writing, editing and publicity endeavors. A Pittsburgh native, Amanda earned her bachelor of arts in nonfiction writing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Micki Takac

A freelance writer, artist and entrepreneur, Micki Takac is a contributor to Invention and Technology News. A Pittsburgh native, Micki earned her master's degree in Arts Management from the H.John Heinz III College at Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to that, she received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh (with a major in studio arts/minor art history).
